★Schools of Resistance - an afternoon of collaborative workshops teaching us how to resist. Including... Flowers for Peace, Dancing for Freedom, Poetry for the People.
★Live: Stage Left - a live recording of a podcast hosted by Jen Harvie, and joined by artists for interview and discussion around the value and power of podcasts.
★Public Studio: On Resistance – a conversation between a scientist, an activist and the audience that looks at the languages and principles of resistance in science and medicine might inspire new strategies for political activism and resistance.
★Peoples Palaces Projects Films - 3 short films from People’s Palace Projects about artists working at the intersections of violence, poverty, mental health, and environmental catastrophe in Brazil.
★ Live Art and Resistance Screenings: durational film programme curated by Live Art Development Agency
★Friday Film Night will begin with a Cocktail Salon, leading into screenings, with popcorn (of course) provided.
★ Live Art Day: live art installations + performances, curated by Martin O’Brien
★ Decadent Descent + Rebellious Resistance: a dress up party of pop-up acts + situational happenings curated by Julia Bardsley.
★ Feasting - contemplative afternoon of ritual, performance, and food - that nurtures + feeds our resistance.
